                              RESOLUTION NO. 20726
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. RW-4-95, WILCOX TUNNEL SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS,
                 TO RIVERBEND CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION FOR THEIR
                 LOW BID OF NINETY-NINE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                 SIXTY-TWO DOLLARS ($99,562.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. RW-4-95, Contract for Safety Improvements 
to
       Wilcox Tunnel, to Riverbend Construction Corporation for their 
low
       bid of $99,562.00.
